I typically focus on other areas of my partner's anatomy and not enough time on her upper area. I found this to be a great aid in giving her additional stimulation. I ordered it on a whim and didn't know what to expect.The item is around 6 inches long and the base is around 3.5". The depth inside is 1.25" to 1.5"It has a slight curvature which comfortably rests around a breast. It was a perfect fit on a C-cup size and should be able to accommodate larger cup sizes.When you turn it on, it's not too loud. It's not quiet but definitely not as loud compared to other vibes I've used.Short presses on the power button will cycle through 7 different vibration patterns.Short pressing the button with the lips icon will cycle through 7 different sucking patterns.There's a 3rd button which I can't figure out what the icon is supposed to look like that you can press to enable continuous sucking and once again to release the suction.You can use it on another area as well, though I ordered this specifically to use up top.
