I've read the Reesy and Misty novels and was not impressed. But because I'd read Child of God, I did pick up this novel. And boy am I glad I did. Lolita Files outdid herself. The writing was superb. It was as if someone else wrote the Scenes from a Sistah and this one. As the pieces of the puzzle fell into place, two things stood out in my mind: We can be quite foolish even when we know better and money can paved under many, many sins. Either way, Sex.Lies.Murder.Fame is worth the money!
