This design has great potential, but its current design is fatally flawed. First, it is NOT waterproof as the feature list notates. This is an outright lie. Secondly, the lubricant gets sucked up by the suction feature and it goes directly into the housing where the electronics are. It’s almost as if the design is purposely meant to fail. The device is useless without the suction, and the motor that rotates the cup is adequate and doesn’t get bogged down, but the magnetic plate that secures the rotating cup will eventually strip out and the cup will no longer stay secured so it won’t spin. So either the electronics will stop working because it has water based lubricant everywhere or the cup will stop rotating because it is no longer secured by the magnetic base. This will happen within a month. This is one expensive piece of crap and there are no refunds or exchanges.
