This stuff feels GOOD. The 2 8 oz bottles for about 38 bucks is a fairly good price. The bottles pump on top works great and don't leak but have caps that cover the entire top and also have a locking mechanism to make sure you don't end up having it leak everywhere and wasting a bunch of products and ruining your sheets. The lube itself is better than most like wet platinum and Swiss navy, but not as good as pjur. And definitely better value and quality than Uber lube. Definitely worth the purchase.Just wow... this stuff works unbelievably good I've used a different product or two, and none of them compare to this one. The bottle is constructed very well and won't break or leak if you drop it on the floor. The pump works as you'd expect it to and has a nice locking feature that works by just twisting the top piece so it won't leak or spill if you lock it when you're not using it. The lube itself has no odor, is not super sticky, does not feel really watery, has a very nice fluidity in your hands, and works perfectly in doing what it's supposed to do. Best of all with just warm water and some soap it comes right off and doesn't leave a smell/residue on your hands or anything else it gets on. The only nitpick I can make about it is that if it spills on the floor make sure you clean it up quick because it's VERY slick and you will instantly slip and fall if you walk over it on the floor by accident.That's honestly it to me this is the definition of a perfect product it does exactly what's advertised to do and meets and far exceeds your expectations when you use it. The people who've designed this deserve the Nobel peace prize or something. I bet if more people took the time to use this product and "relax with it" the world wouldn't be so chaotic and messed up like how it is now.We had been using uberlube but it was pretty pricey. Found this one and it did not disappoint! We like it better.Works great!!!While using this lube during intercourse, it makes it so much more easy to use. We will always order it.I have previously used ID Millennium. I liked it and it was easy to find. I have tried Pjur, but it is very expensive, and I did not feel it was worth the extra cost. Then I saw an ad for Valm. Valm is on Amazon and is easy to purchase. Wow! Valm is a far superior product to ID Millennium or Pjur. It is long lasting, during use. And the whole bottle lasts quite awhile as well. Valm never gets sticky. The pump packaging is the best in the lube market. Overall, Valm is the best lube for our uses. I wish Valm was on the market years ago, because we use a lot of lube, and the other brands are over-priced compared to Valm.So I will start by saying this is the good stuff. The best feel for your buck and in a world where silicone is at a premium this is the affordable without sacrificing the luxury. So why the one star? Well Im making good on a threat to the company that makes it and their crumby shipping practices and poor customer service.Now since this is Amazon that dosent matter because they will ship it themeselves so order away, but it wouldnt really carry much weight if I were to leave a 1 star review on their website now would it? So instead I will leave my crumby review which is long past due and tell the story of how the customer service/shipping practices done me dirty.So I was ordering direct because I like to make sure they get their cut. I was and still am a big fan of their product so I was cuting out the middle man and bought two bottles direct. When they arrived however they were in a simple USPS bag and were less two bottles of lube but rather 2 empty bottles floating in a plastic sack of lube. So I sent off an email.They were skeptical and requiored pictures. Now I hadnt saved the contents in their original state but I did still have the empty sealed bottles with the hole in them and sent them photos per their request. This is where im not certain what exactly happened but from my end I can tell you I have never recieved any for of compensation nor replacement.They said they would send out the replacement right away. I thanked them and put it out of mind for a week or maybe two before I realized I had recieved no tracking number or shipment data. So back to the email gallery and brought my concerns to their attention. They assured me the package had already arrived a few days prior and gave me the date and time they had supposedly been dropped off "near my mailbox" which is a hole in a wall but thats not important. What was important is I had my building review the tapes from that day and no one entered the building at all with packages of any kind that day and the mailman had only brought letters.So I returned to the Emailitorium and sent I believe somewhere in the amount of 5 emails asking what they was gonna do bout it. They never responded and apparently feel like theyve done enough for me and my $40 donation at this point.I am not saying they did not send the replacement neccesarily but if they did there were some wires crossed. Maybe they sent it in a bag and the mail service sthrew it out when they broke again. I am left with only speculative notions as to what happened.As for my 1 star review it was a threat I felt I needed to make to get anyone to respond to me which didnt work but I still view those bottles as being their delinquent halfd of the transaction and until that is resolved to my satisfaction I will leave it up and try to encourage others, including you, to leave one star reviews if this level of service is something you deem as insufficient. I mean it is clearly their screw up in the first place and if the second order did just vanish I can understand not wanting to supply a third replacement since for all they know Im a notorious internet scammer who gets all my stuff for free like that. Im not but how would they know. They stopped talking to me after they said it had been delivered and ignored my eloquent arguments to replace them. So there you have it. Balls in your court Valm.
