I wasn't sure what I would get out of this book, being that it was in summary form, but because I heard some good things about it, from a few of my employees, I thought I would give it a read. I actually sat and read it twice before giving my review, as it was a pretty short read and I did not want to miss anything. "Summary of The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss" gave interesting insight on how to your sex life in a healthy way, that I found very intriguing. The tips on weight loss did not offer anything ground-breaking, but was still VERY solid advice (I picked up some really cool tips). Overall, I enjoyed the book, and found the advice, and tips, on how to improve your life to be useful.
