Pros: large plate, no seams to let air out of the suction cupCons: it's a bit too big, I should've bought the smaller size, it's a bit priceySo I picked this up at the same time I bought my machine because I already had some suction cup toys. Not knowing how big the suction cups were measured and what size future toys might have, I chose the larger size plate. It works like a charm, doesn't leak air, and has plenty of room for toys far larger than I own. With that being said, I wish I'd have gotten the smaller one instead so the suction cup couldn't slide around. I had wondered if getting the larger plate would make it harder to use and haven't found that to be a problem at all. (note: I always use my machine with the extension rod, so that might have an impact on my experience) This is still and add-on that I consider to be essential to any machine owner as most will build an arsenal of toys that stretches beyond the realm of the Hismith branded klick connect toys. The only words of caution I'd say are to choose the size of the plate wisely and also make sure you choose the version that doesn't have the screw in the middle to avoid possible air leaks.
