The WeVibe Melt I ordered was damaged in the outside of device with a tear in the silicon which lead to more damage with each use. The functionality of the device was mind blowing and loved it. Customer support was contacted and they did replace device but with one that doesn't work at all like it should. Contacted them again waiting for reply. Also device was replaced with same model just different color. It too has damage involving the silicon, but it's not visible unless your the one holding it. Something with the replacement is damaged internally. I'm hoping WowTech replaced the device and with one that works as described and without internal or external damages because this toy is not cheap.
