I love this machine, I've been using it for about a year now and having lots of fun. It's not too loud, it works great, and is really customizable. I specifically use the suction plate attachment and that has worked great with all sorts of different toys. I really like the phone app and remote control as well, they work great, connect very easily, and the app has a ton of fun programs. In terms of sex toys, I'd be surprised if it got more advanced than this! It was worth every penny.Hismith also has fantastic customer service if you need it as well. I had to interact with them and they were incredibly fast and accommodating. I had my issue resolved the day of. Overall awesome experience with Hismith.Not difficult to assemble. The attachment that came with it is a good size. The power is good and the speed is very adjustable. I canceled my plans when I tried it out. I might never bother with a human again.Update:I contacted Hismith customer service directly and they sent me the replacement part suspected to be faulty and immediately my machine was working. They responded fast and shipped my replacement fast. I purchased the machine through Amazon for the shipping speeds but Hismith’s product and overall customer service is A1. I’m so excited again! Lol.Original:Buyers Beware! It doesn’t seem abnormal for ppl to get the machine DOA. I’m going to just paste the email I sent to customer support…“I just purchased a HS06 and I am having a multitude of issues. First I couldn’t get it to come on at all. The blue light on the power adapter was on but it wouldn’t come on although I tried multiple outlets and disconnected and reconnected the power cable and control box several times. Then the blue light on the adapter began to flash and go dim. I changed outlets again, left the control in an off-state, and unplugged the power from the machine. I left it that way for over an hour and came back and the blue light was solid. I connected the machine to power and unplugged the control cable and connected it again then the light finally came on for the control box. I increased the speed very slowly. But after about 10-15 seconds, it started stuttering for a few seconds then the machine stopped completely. Havent been able to get it back on outside of that one short time And the blue light was blinking on the adapter again. Unplugged the power cable from the machine and the blue light stopped blinking and went solid. “I’m getting really discouraged with this mess.A great product for it's intended purpose!They absolutely loved it. The app works like a dream. It's easy to assemble and very sturdy. The suction cup attachments work remarkably well. They do make a little noise, but were much quieter than I was expecting. If you're thinking about getting one, just know that they work - and don't quit.Although only used 2 times so far but it is extremely quiet. Surprisingly quiet. A nice case/bag is included. It's taking some getting familiar with it as you do have some assembly and multiple adjustments to do each time. Attachments available are excellent. CONS: This is a very heavy device. All metal. But with no plastic the quietness more than makes up for it.Did not come with Bluetooth controller box! Wrote email to company, no response. Great product, but not as advertised. I decided to buy the Bluetooth controller separately... that was really the only disappointment. Otherwise the machine does what it is supposed to do.. no disappointments there.UPDATE - 29 October 2020Company got in contact.. very concerned about my issue. Offered free accessory in exchange. I am surprised and very pleased that they will make amends. Very concerned about customer satisfaction. The quality of the product is beyond question. One soft and small and the other rectangular with foam padding (in first picture) The color is not justifiable by pictures and is amazing. This thing is heavy but not crazy maybe 30lbs. Its very quiet up to 30% power then you get a little noise but nothing crazy. Haven't gone above 45%. The motor doesn't "start moving" until you turn the dial to 10. The angle adjustment is very smooth and doable with one hand thanks to the quick releases. The depth adjustment is also very smooth.My only complaint is that the power cord comes out the front and the speed control out the back...i feel like this should be reversed for better cord management and longer reach. But oh well. Fantastic product, smaller than I thought it would be which is great for storage.I did some amount of research before buying this machine - it’s hard to figure out which machines are good and which ones might be scams. It’s tempting to try to save some money, but there also seem to be a lot of fake reviews out there.This machine was fairly well reviewed on the US Amazon site and enough shoppers had submitted videos and descriptions of their experiences that I felt comfortable spending the money here.I was very happy with the packaging and the machine seems fairly sturdy. The parts are nice and heavy and each piece came individually wrapped and secured inside the carrying case.The machine itself was amazing. I’ve only tried it once so far with the manual remote and not the wireless nor the app. But it was awesome to be able to control the frequency and intensity of the strokes while the machine does it’s work.
