Our favorite position is missionary with her legs be her shoulders. Before the sling it was difficult to stay in that position for any real length of time. The straps around the ankle/foot are adjustable and the length of the straps can be too. The only negative is there is too much stuffing in the neck support. It pushes your neck too far forward. I have found it actually works better if you put it behind your back when lying down rather than around your neck.My girlfriend and I use this during our intimate times. She loves it!
